- Is the 7-day trial really free?
- Yes. Full access for seven days. If you cancel before day seven, you will not be charged a cent.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes — in the app under Account, or on the web from your billing page. No hoops, no confirmation calls.
- Is the web subscription different from the app subscription?
- Same library. The app adds background audio, daily reminders, streaks, and offline access — the things a browser cannot do well. You can subscribe in either place; we recommend the app if you have a phone.
- What if I started on the web and later install the app?
- Sign in with the same email and your subscription carries over. You will not be charged twice.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- On the web: all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay. In the app: Apple Pay via the App Store. Payments are processed by Stripe and Apple respectively.
- Can I access the prayers without paying?
- Yes. Every prayer is free to read, the Bible is free in three translations, and the Daily Rule and community wall are open. Membership unlocks the narrated read-along library, the reading-plan campaigns, the Household Vigil, the Masterclass, and sleep audio.
