Prayer for Strength

Lord God Almighty, I come before You in my weakness, knowing that Your strength is made perfect in my weakness. I cannot face this on my own. I need You. The trials before me feel overwhelming. The weight on my shoulders feels crushing. But I know that You have never abandoned those who call upon You, and I call upon You now. STRENGTHEN MY BODY: Lord, when my body is exhausted and my energy is spent, renew my physical strength. Give me the endurance to press forward one more day, one more hour, one more step. STRENGTHEN MY MIND: Guard my thoughts from despair. When the enemy whispers that I cannot make it, let Your truth thunder louder: I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. STRENGTHEN MY SPIRIT: Lord, let my spirit rise even when my circumstances pull me down. Let my faith be an anchor in this storm. Let my hope be unshakeable because it is founded on You. "But those who wait for the Lord will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint." — Isaiah 40:31 Father, I choose to trust You. Not because I understand, but because I know Your character. You are faithful. You are good. And You will see me through.
