How to use it

Print the sheet and put it where the family eats. Each day has one small thing to do: a prayer, a line of Scripture, a feast, a way to make room for Christ. None of them takes more than a few minutes.

On the four Sundays, light the candles of the wreath for hope, peace, joy and love: three violet, and the rose one on the third Sunday, Gaudete, when the Church says “Rejoice.” From December 17 the O Antiphons begin: seven ancient titles of Christ, one each evening until Christmas Eve.

It is free to print, copy and share with a parish or a class, with no sign-up. The dates follow the Church’s calendar for 2026.
