Healing of the Whole Person

Lord Jesus, Great Physician, I come to You today not with a single request but with all of me. Body. Mind. Spirit. All three are connected, and all three need Your healing touch.

"Dear friend, I pray that you may enjoy good health and that all may go well with you, even as your soul is getting along well." — 3 John 1:2

HEAL MY BODY:

Lord, You know every cell, every organ, every system in my body. You knit me together in my mother's womb. If something is broken, You can fix it. If something is diseased, You can cure it. If something is deteriorating, You can restore it.

I do not pretend to understand why illness exists. I do not understand why some are healed instantly and others walk through long seasons of suffering. But I know this: You are able. You are willing. And You love me. That is enough to bring my body before You.

HEAL MY MIND:

Lord, I carry wounds that no one can see. Anxiety that grips me without warning. Thoughts that spiral into dark places. Memories that ambush me when I least expect them. Depression that makes even simple tasks feel monumental.

You understand mental suffering, Lord. In Gethsemane, Your soul was "overwhelmed with sorrow to the point of death." You know what it is to suffer in the mind. Heal me there.

HEAL MY SPIRIT:

There is a tiredness that goes deeper than the body and the mind. A spiritual weariness — the kind that comes from long battles, unresolved grief, unanswered prayers, or a faith that has been tested past its limits. Lord, revive my spirit. Rekindle the flame that has grown dim.

I do not need to understand how You heal. I just need to trust that You do. And today, I bring all of me — every broken piece, every aching part, every weary corner — and I lay it at Your feet.

Heal me, Lord. However You choose. In Your time. In Your way. I trust You.
