From the date of Easter, using the standard Gregorian computus, with each feast held at its fixed offset — Ash Wednesday 46 days before, Palm Sunday 7 before, Pentecost 49 after, and so on. Nothing is hand-entered, so nothing can go stale or be forgotten in a January that nobody updated it.
The General Roman Calendar of the Latin Church. Ascension is shown on the Thursday and Corpus Christi on the Sunday, which is how they are kept in most English-speaking dioceses — but transfers vary by conference, so check your own diocesan ordo where it matters. Eastern Catholic and Orthodox calendars are not the same and are not covered here.
