Prayer for Emotional Healing

Lord Jesus, You know every wound I carry — the ones I show and the ones I hide. Today I bring them all to You.

I ask You to enter the broken places of my heart. Go back to every moment of pain, every betrayal, every rejection, every trauma that left a mark on my soul. You were there, Lord. You saw it all. And You wept with me.

HEAL MY MEMORIES:

Lord, I do not ask You to erase my past, but I ask You to remove the sting from it. Let me remember without being destroyed. Let me recall without reliving the pain.

HEAL MY HEART:

Where I have built walls to protect myself, gently tear them down. Where I have numbed myself to avoid feeling, restore my ability to feel. Where trust has been shattered, rebuild it on the foundation of Your faithfulness.

HEAL MY SELF-IMAGE:

Remove every lie the enemy has planted about who I am. I am not what happened to me. I am not what others have said about me. I am who You say I am — beloved, chosen, redeemed, and made new.

"He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds." — Psalm 147:3

Holy Spirit, Comforter, do Your gentle work in me. I give You permission to touch the places I have kept locked away. I choose healing over hiding. I choose freedom over fear.

Jesus, I trust in Your healing love. Amen.
