Protection of the Holy Angels

Heavenly Father, You who created the vast armies of heaven, I call upon Your holy angels for protection today. "Aren’t they all serving spirits, sent out to do service for the sake of those who will inherit salvation?" — Hebrews 1:14 SERAPHIM — the burning ones who surround Your throne crying "Holy, Holy, Holy" — let their fire purify me. Burn away every impurity, every attachment to sin, every compromise that gives the enemy a foothold. CHERUBIM — the guardians of Your glory and Your sacred spaces — guard the sacred space of my heart. Let nothing unholy enter the temple of the Holy Spirit. THRONES — the bearers of God's justice — let divine justice be executed on my behalf. Every injustice the enemy has committed against me, every theft, every violation — Lord, set it right in Your perfect timing. DOMINATIONS — who govern the angelic realm — I ask you to coordinate heaven's forces on my behalf. Direct the angels assigned to my protection with wisdom and authority. VIRTUES — through whom God works miracles — I ask for the miraculous protection of God. Where human means fall short, let heaven intervene. POWERS — who hold back the forces of evil — stand firm against every demonic assault directed at me and my family. Push back the darkness that presses in. PRINCIPALITIES — who watch over nations and communities — protect my community, my parish, my city. Let Your influence be stronger than the influence of darkness. ARCHANGELS — Michael, Gabriel, Raphael — defend me in battle, announce God's messages to my heart, and bring healing to my body and soul. GUARDIAN ANGELS — my personal protector, my constant companion — never leave my side. Whisper God's truth when I am tempted. Alert me to danger. Guide me home. All you holy angels and saints, pray for us. In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
