THE COMPLETE DIVINE MERCY CHAPLET A Guided Chaplet with Meditations The Divine Mercy Chaplet was given by Jesus to Saint Faustina Kowalska in 1935. Jesus said: "Say unceasingly the chaplet that I have taught you. Whoever will recite it will receive great mercy at the hour of death. When they say this chaplet in the presence of the dying, I will stand between My Father and the dying person, not as the just Judge but as the merciful Savior." This is one of the most powerful prayers in the Church. It is prayed on ordinary rosary beads. Let us begin. In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. As you pray this decade, offer it for the conversion of sinners and for the souls in Purgatory. Those holy souls who are being purified — who have no one to pray for them.
